I'm not a happy customer!! I understand that you had issues like running out of flowers due to covid 19 but as a customer I still expect to get what I paid for or my money back. I set the delivery for Saturday and the whole day no delivery, I had to call you and you should have called me to let me know my delivery was not going to happen that day but will be delivered the following day. I paid over $71 and definitely didn't get what I paid for. I'm very disappointed. I was trying to give my business to the mom and pop stores instead of the bigger chains and now I regret my decision.
